Breakfast:
Yogurt with blackberries, almonds and flax
This was a great start to the day!
Lunch:
Asian chicken salad
I used leftover roasted chicken. The Tamari sauce adds a great soy flavor!
Snack:
Avocado
Avocado is such a tasty treat, especially with a little salt and lemon.
Dinner:
Cauliflower “steaks” with lentil stew
This one is great for vegetarians! (But I myself added a little leftover chicken to the lentils and it was TASTY!)
Night Snack:
Almond milk cocoa with dark chocolate
