Breakfast:
Blueberry yogurt smoothie.
 
  
I always add some protein powder to mine.
Lunch:
Shakshuka

Surprisingly delicious!
Snack:
Strawberries with almond butter.

Dinner:
Eggplant with cauliflower and chickpeas.

This recipe made A LOT of food…I’d even say too much. If you make it, I recommend cutting the ingredient amounts in half.
Night snack:
Dates and almonds
