Breakfast:   

Apple Omelette

To be honest, this was probably my LEAST favorite recipe.  I don’t like having the apples in the omelette.  I suggest keeping them on the side.

 

Lunch:  

Collard wraps.

Snack:  

Yogurt with blackberries.
