Dinner:
Well, folks….

Today I turned 48!  With any diet plan, there are times where you just can’t follow the instructions to a T. Today was one of those days – however, dinner at a farm-to-table restaurant is certainly pretty clean eating!  Talula’s Garden in Philly is a great example. We had a wonderful meal, and you should absolutely go for dinner if you have a chance!
